The Gun House has the right, at their sole
discretion and for any reason, to reject any sale. Such as, but not limited to, the
following examples:

The item selected was "out
of stock"

The Transfer Dealer FFL is not
valid
-
A discrepancy between the item
listed and the item sold
-
An Error in pricing.
-
An Error in the picture displayed
and the actual item
-
Suspected Credit Card
Abuse.

Invalid or questionable
information provided at time of purchase.

Purchase of a firearm known to be
illegal to purchase in the State/City of the buyer.
The Gun House is a strong
advocate of the 2nd Amendment, believing citizens of the U.S. and
legal immigrants have the right to own firearms; however, on some
occasions , at our discretion, we may find it necessary to reject the
sale of a firearm.
Should your order be rejected, you
will receive an email containing the reason for the rejection and the
Credit Card you used will be credited back for the full amount of the
purchase including freight and/or taxes.
