Shipping Policy:
ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED
TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER. (FFL) The buyer must pick up
their purchase from the dealer and comply with all Federal, State, and
Local laws pertaining to the purchase of firearms including but not
limited to a background check. The Gun House MUST have a
current copy of your Transfer Dealers FFL before we can ship your

It is your (the buyer's) responsibility to know the
gun you purchase is legal in your State and City.
Alaska / Hawaii :
We DO NOT SHIP FREE to these two states. Customers from
Alaska or Hawaii must contact us to discuss shipping cost.
The Gun House will utilize either
FedEx, UPS, or USPS shipping services depending on factors of location,
cost, and product being shipped. Every shipment will be insured and have
a tracking number to ensure delivery to the proper person and location.
The buyer will be informed when the product is shipped and the shipping
number via the email address given at time of purchase.
The Gun House will make every effort
to ship all orders within three (3) business days after all required documentation
has been compiled, but in no case will the shipping time delay be greater
than ten (10) business days.
